Free Alterations.
When your garment arrives it should be perfect. However in the unlikely event that you require minor alterations, GMTailor provides you with several options within 10 days of you receiving the garment.
You can also call up our Customer Care team and choose
Alternately, we will arrange for the garment to be picked up, altered and delivered back to you free of cost
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Please call our Customer Care for a Cancellations
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
Transit Insurance
Your garment is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, ensuring that your order is 100% safe.
Delivery Policy
Invoice will be provided to you along with the products when delivered.
We Usually Take 6 Working Days For Delivery From The Date You Place The Order. Please Note
You Want More Details About Delivery You Can Mail Us With Your Order With The Information Shared With Via Email When You Placed Your Order
No matter where you are in Bhiwandi we will manufacture and ship your standard size garment to you within 6 working days of ordering, free of charge.
If you want to reschedule the delivery, please call us 2 days in advance to change the delivery date
Please note, that in case of any unfortunate events there can be a slight delay in delivery. Though, we try our best to have your order delivered to you in time.
In case of COD, products will be handed over once the payment is done.
DAMAGES
